Unwanted Hair Removal | Electrolysis Training Academy in Cochin

Hair growth is a result of hereditary and hormonal levels. Along with this, some illness and some kind of drugs can result in hair growth. Unlike other methods, the electrolysis hair removal removes the hair permanently. The electrolysis unwanted hair removal is suitable for any kind of skins and hair types. As I mentioned in the earlier blog, the Electrolysis is the only unwanted hair removal method that is approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration).

There are two types of electrolysis devices available: one is needle epilator and the other one is tweezer-styled epilator. Unlike other methods, in electrolysis hair removal, a small amount of electric current is applied with a tiny needle like electrode or a metal probe. This small amount of electric current will destroy the regenerative cells and treated hair will remove from the skin. Like the different stages of human growth, the hairs also have different stages of growth. They are: growing stage, resting stage and shedding stage.

The electrolysis hair removal requires skilled and trained professionals because the needle placement requires care because there is a chance to miss the follicle and can easily miss its mark. There are three methods used under electrolysis hair removal.

1) Galvanic: In this current produces a chemical reaction to remove the hair growth. An additional 5 needles can be placed in this type to reduce the time required.

2) Thermolysis: This is a newer method than the galvanic process. In this method, unlike the electric current, the needle delivers radio waves.

3) Blend: This is a combination of both the galvanic and thermolysis methods.
